My work reflects my memories of growing up in Norway, surrounded by mountains, forests and rocky beaches. I find inspiration in the textures of craggy rock faces, lichen, moss and layered tree bark, as well as rust and urban decay.
Each piece is handmade, and no two items are exactly the same. I make both functional tableware and decorative, sculptural works, and use stoneware and porcelain clays
