nbNg is the work of self instructed metalsmith Nettie Birch, who started her practice after redundancy from the ink industry. Nettie uses fold-forming to make tablewares, predominantly in silver and the older skill of hand raising to create vessels from copper. Recently work uses the patination of copper, revisiting the colour and chemistry elements of her former career.
