Susi addresses themes of transience and evolution in nature focussing on pattern and movement. She smelts recycled gold alloys to achieve subtle shifts in colour . Her jewellery pieces either move on the surface or can be complex structures that can be taken apart like the unique Mutabilis ring collection. She combines these handbuilt structures with etched and patinated surfaces and gemstones.
