Using mainly waste or found objects as a starting point, Daisy creates refined, hand-cast, sculptural vessels from Jesmonite – an environmentally low impact, mineral composite. Daisy’s current work is informed by the re-use of waste materials; using them to both create the original form of a piece and to create textures and patterns within it reminiscent of an abstract landscape.
